We started with a simple mission: build pool tables that don't quit after one season of family game nights. From our first workshop in Dallas, we set out to create tables worthy of the American game room — a space where stories are told and rivalries are born. Our inspiration traces back over 100 years to the golden era of billiards in America, when legendary players like Willie Hoppe and Ralph Greenleaf were household names and exquisitely crafted pool tables could be found in the finest establishments.
As times changed and the popularity of billiards began to wane, many companies in the 1950s and 60s switched to mass production methods that lowered quality and craftsmanship. By the 1990s, most pool tables were being made overseas, and the American billiards legacy was in danger of being lost. We wanted to revive the tradition of meticulously crafted, high-quality American pool tables. After years of research and planning, American Legend Pool Table was launched in 2021 to meet the demand for quality tables worthy of the legends of yesteryear.
Today, we combine modern equipment with hands-on techniques to build heirloom tables.
